This property was a tired 3-bedroom semi-detached with outdated interiors and zero kerb appeal — but it had potential. Here’s how we turned it around:
Full Internal Renovation:
We stripped it back to brick and gave it a full modern makeover — new electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring, and fixtures throughout.Expanded the Living Area:
